TRACY KING BEGINS HER 29TH SUCCESSFUL YEAR AS A REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL specializing in buying and selling homes in Northeast Los Angeles with a depth of experience that makes her the only choice for both the first time home buyer and the seasoned real estate investor. Prior to finding her success in real estate, Tracy worked as a social worker as well as in sales and marketing.
Though she didn't plan it that way, her background in social work, marketing and sales proved a large part of her success as a real estate agent. "There's no way I could have known how important my background in psychology and social work would serve me later in what would become my ultimate career," says King. "First and foremost, real estate is all about people, communication, listening and understanding the most subtle things about human behavior when it comes to meeting clients and negotiating with other realtors."
Now, in an age of increased distressed sales, more than ever, Tracy's social work skills have benefitted countless clients seeking to both buy and sell their homes. "I approach the practice of real estate as a means of helping people, period," says King. "Though the relationship between me and the client ends in buying or selling, I instead focus on the process and not on the end result and that has become my model for success. Buying and selling homes is often an emotional roller coaster with ups and downs and through the process, we're there every step of the way, being there for our clients in every way which we can be."
