Sold! Two-on-a-Lot in Eagle Rock!

After renting in Northeast LA for many years, our clients decided it was time to purchase their first home for their family to grow into. They really wanted to stay in the area since they had grown to love the community, and Eagle Rock was a dream neighborhood for them with the school district and neighborly feel. Even in this tough market we were able to help them locate this property, with two homes on a lot (something they were not expecting but are very excited about!).
