TRACY KING BEGINS HER 27TH SUCCESSFUL YEAR AS A REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL specializing in buying and selling homes in Northeast Los Angeles with a depth of experience that makes her the only choice for both the first-time home buyer and the seasoned real estate investor.

Prior to finding her success in real estate, Tracy King worked as a social worker, a chef, and in computer sales and marketing. Though she didn't plan it that way, this background proved to be a large part of her success as a real estate agent. "There's no way I could have known how important my background in psychology and social work would serve me later in what would become my ultimate career," says King. "First and foremost, real estate is all about people, communication, listening and understanding the most subtle things about human behavior when it comes to meeting clients and negotiating with other realtors."

Now, in a marketplace of increased demand and competition, Tracy King's social work skills have benefitted countless clients seeking to both buy and sell their homes. "I approach the practice of real estate as a means of helping people, period," says King. "Though the relationship between the client and me ends in buying or selling, I instead focus on the process and not on the end result and that has become my model for success. Buying and selling homes is often an emotional roller coaster with ups and downs and through the process, we're there every step of the way, being there for our clients in every way we can be."

In the age of the Internet, Tracy King has been eager to embrace new technology to better serve her clients. Her background as a salesperson and technician for computer equipment helped her transition from traditional advertising to online marketing when it became apparent that the Internet was changing the way homes are bought and sold.
