It seems fairly obvious that when you put your house up for sale that your agent will put a "for sale" sign in the front yard. The sign will identify the agent’s company, the agent, and have a phone number so prospective buyers can call and get information. The sign will also have a link to a website with more information on the home, including photos and open house dates.
Buyers in today’s real estate market are still doing what buyers 50 years ago did – drive around the neighborhood they want to live in. Even if a house hasn’t hit real estate websites yet, a For Sale sign will get buyers calling to find out more.
