Sold! English Tudor in Glendale's Country Club Featured

After settling in to Glendale several years ago, our clients decided they were ready for a bigger home and called us to make that happen. They initially thought it would take quite some time to find something that would work, especially given how intense the market has been this year. They saw this charming home and we helped them write an offer, but the sellers accepted a different offer and we were in back-up position. A couple days later we got a call from the listing agent that the accepted buyer wasn't working out and that the sellers would like to offer our clients the home! Everything ended up just the way it should and our clients are settling in to their new spacious home.
