Just Sold! Eagle Rock Midcentury with Views! Featured

When our clients reached out to us in the beginning of 2021 with the goal of buying a house this year, we encouraged them to start talking to a lender right away so that they could get all their ducks in a row. They waited several months until they got taxes filed and everything lined up, meanwhile watching what came on the market and what each house ultimately sold for. By the time they were ready to start looking at homes they were very well-educated on what the market was doing and what appealed to them most in a house. After one weekend of looking at houses, they thought they might have found the one! This midcentury home had been on the market for several weeks, but checked all of their boxes - great floor plan, secluded location, and killer views.
